Official Rules and Regulations

1. Defined / Important Terms

a. “Sweepstakes”:
Detroit Pistons 2025 City Edition Jersey Sweepstakes

b. “Sponsor” or “DPBC”:
Detroit Pistons Basketball Company, LLC
6201 2nd Ave., Detroit, MI 48202

c. “Co-Sponsor”:
N/A

d. “Start Date”:
November 4, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. EST

e. “End Date”:
November 10, 2025, at 11:59 a.m. EST

f. “Authorized Account Holder”:
The natural person assigned a Mode of Entry by an Internet access provider, online service provider, telecom service provider, social media platform, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses, phone numbers, or social media accounts for the domain associated with the submitted address.

g. “Entrant(s)”:
Entrants must enter the Sweepstakes via the Mode of Entry and be:
(i) of the Age of Eligibility or older; and
(ii) a legal resident of the United States.

Employees of DPBC, Little Caesars Arena (“LCA”), Palace Sports and Entertainment, LLC (“PSE”), the National Basketball Association (“NBA”), its member teams, NBA Properties (NBA and WNBA), Olympia Entertainment Events Center, LLC (“Olympia”), and their respective subsidiaries, agents, affiliates, franchisees, licensees, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, event co-promoters, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.

i. Entry Process:
Entrants may enter their email address to sign up for email notifications from Pistons313Shop.com.
Entrants may also complete the alternate entry form if they do not wish to opt into email notifications.

k. Number of Potential Winners:
One (1) winner

l. “Drawing Date(s)”:
November 11, 2025

m. “Notification Method”:
Potential prize winner will be notified by email, text message, U.S. mail, telephone, or private delivery service (at Sponsor’s sole discretion).
Winner’s age is subject to independent verification. Failure to verify will result in prize forfeiture.
If a winner cannot be reached or the notification is undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at DPBC’s discretion.

n. “Prize”:
One (1) Detroit Pistons 2025–26 City Edition Cade Cunningham Jersey, or another jersey as determined by DPBC in its sole discretion.

o. “Prize Estimated Retail Value”:
Approximately $130

p. Age of Eligibility:
18 years of age or older

2. To Enter

No Purchase Necessary.
A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
Void where prohibited by law.

The Sweepstakes runs from the Start Date until the End Date (Eastern Standard Time).
To enter, Entrants must complete the Mode of Entry available at the Entry Location/URL.

• One (1) entry per person per account.

• All entries must be received by DPBC by the End Date.

• DPBC’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or submitted using automated systems will be disqualified.
DPBC is not responsible for late, undelivered, or misdirected entries and may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time.

3. Conditions of Entry

By entering, Entrants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules;

• Opt-in to share their email with DPBC;

• Allow DPBC to use their names, likenesses, and other information for promotional purposes.

4. Drawing and Notification

• One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on November 11, 2025.

• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

• The potential winner will be notified via the Notification Method listed above.

• Winners must claim their Prize within 48 hours of notification.

• DPBC’s decisions are final and binding.

Even if listed as a potential winner, Entrants are not confirmed winners until verified by DPBC and all eligibility requirements are met.

5. Prize Details

• Prize: One (1) City Edition jersey (approximate retail value: $130).

• Limit one (1) Prize per person.

• No cash redemption or substitution permitted, except at DPBC’s discretion.

• Prizes are non-transferable.

• All taxes and related expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
  
  
  

  6. Conditions, Restrictions, and Limitations of Liability

  By entering, Entrants agree to:

  1. Abide by these Official Rules and decisions of DPBC;

  2. Grant DPBC and affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes;

  3. Release DPBC, NBA, LCA, Olympia, and all related affiliates from liability arising from participation or prize use.

  All disputes shall be governed by Michigan law, with venue in Wayne County, Michigan.
  
  

  7. General Conditions

  DPBC reserves the right to:

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues arise;

  • Disqualify individuals tampering with the entry process;

  • Seek damages for deliberate attempts to undermine the Sweepstakes.

  Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
  
  

  8. Limitations of Liability

  Released Parties are not responsible for:

  1. Incorrect or inaccurate information;

  2. Technical failures of any kind;

  3. Unauthorized human intervention;

  4. Errors in administration or processing;

  5. Injury, damage, or loss from participation or prize use;

  6. Acts of God or events beyond their control.

  In case of error, DPBC’s remedy is limited to a new entry or awarding of stated Prizes only.
  
  

  9. Disputes

  Entrant agrees that:

  • All disputes shall be resolved individually (no class actions);

  • Exclusive venue is Wayne County, Michigan;

  • Recovery is limited to out-of-pocket expenses (no attorney’s fees or punitive damages).

  This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflicts of law.

  
  

  10. Entrant’s Personal Information

  By entering, Entrant agrees to:

  • DPBC’s Terms of Use;

  • The use of their name, voice, likeness, and biographical information by DPBC, PSE, and NBA for promotional purposes in all media worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice or compensation.
