Pistons 313 Shop customers may receive a free autographed item and certificate of authenticity (the “Autographed Item”) with the purchase of items from Pistons313shop.com that reach an applicable minimum purchase requirement through the use of an automatically applied Item with Purchase code.

Subject to the terms and conditions contained below, the customer must purchase the required amount of merchandise on pistons313shop.com and a Purchase code will be automatically applied to customer’s order at check-out, while supplies last.

The applicable Item with Purchase campaign will be promoted on pistons313shop.com, pistons.com, Pistons email listservs, Pistons mobile application, Pistons TV broadcast, Pistons radio broadcast and/or through applicable Detroit Pistons social media accounts, along with the applicable start dates and minimum purchase requirement. Each discount code will only be valid following the applicable start date and while Autographed Item supplies last. Once the Autographed Item inventory runs out, the discount code will no longer be valid.

While supplies last and subject to these terms and conditions, everyone who meets the applicable minimum purchase requirement will receive a free Autographed Item while supplies last. The code will not be automatically applied once Autographed Item supplies run out.

Each discount code will only be valid as long as supplies last.

Only valid on orders within the domestic USA.

Only one Item with Purchase may be applied per order. Anyone who wishes to use a discount code multiple times will have to place multiple, separate orders and that meet the applicable minimum purchase requirement for each order, while supplies last.

The minimum purchase requirement for each Autographed Item is based on the subtotal amount at checkout (excluding taxes and fees), which may include sale, clearance, and regularly priced items.

Sales tax, shipping charges, and other fees do not count towards the minimum purchase requirement.

No refunds will be provided for any items purchased using the applicable discount codes. Only exchanges or returns for store credit will be accepted.

Employees of DPBC are not eligible to receive an Autographed Item.

Any attempt by any customer to obtain more than the allowed number of Autographed Items by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, and/or registrations or any other methods may not be accepted. No Autographed Item substitution or cash redemption allowed by any customer.

Any other expenses not mentioned in these official rules and regulations will be the responsibility of each customer. All taxes and other expenses incurred in connection with any aspect of the Autographed Items are the sole responsibility of each recipient of an Autographed Item.

The specific player autograph and amount of inventory is subject to availability and determined by the Detroit Pistons Basketball Company, LLC (“DPBC”) in its sole discretion. DPBC reserves the right to substitute Autographed Items of equal or greater value as necessary.

DPBC is not responsible for late, incomplete, or illegible purchases, and has sole discretion on determining ineligible purchases.

DPBC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify this campaign at any time.
